When you registered as a member you were given the policy to read through. The Policy explains the rules of MiniTokyo, and if you had read it you would know that you can not submit wallpapers that you did not create, and that MiniTokyo only accepts high quality scans over 1,000,000 pixels in size, which means you can not submit scans in the Vector Art category to get around the fact that they are too small.

Click on the SUPPORT link at the top of the page and read through everythingg there before you submit anything else. If you continue to break the rules you will receive further warnings, have your membership restricted and even ultimately be banned.
